My Favourite Poster
The play was a success and has been a great inspiration for me in being who I am. Special thanks to all members of Cohort 4 for being a part of my life and our beloved lecturer, Madam Noor Akbari Ismail Ali for giving us the opportunity to explore the world and open our heart and believe that learning English is enjoyable, fantastic and it is always more than a language.
It was a beginning of my new chapter in my life and I learned so many things throughout the experience. With a minimal budget we were able to create a maximum impact; from curtain cloths to marvelous costumes and from trash to great sets and props. Nothing is impossible if we believe in ourselves. Everything will always be in my heart and be a wonderful history of my life.

Oh ya! I forgot to tell that actually we have two directors (Mira & me) and two casts for every main character. It was wonderful to change them in between the scenes without the audience noticing it! (except Colonel Pickering because they look totally different..huhu)
FYI, Madam Nori assigned us to have two different people for each main character in order to give more opportunity for us to be on the stage.

*We chose Farihan as one of the Professor Higgins due to a scene where Higgins is arguing with Eliza and he grabs her hands during the argument. The challenge was to have similar look so that the audience will not be so confused & we had to be very aware of the sensitivity issues.

Cohort Four IPGKB
Unfortunately, we did not have pictures during the play due to the hectic situation. However, I will always miss the moments very much and looking forward for our next production in March 2011 for Literature for Children & Young Adults subject. I hope that it will be an amazing and memorable 'curtain call' for B. Ed. TESL Cohort Four IPGKB!
